WHAT A LONG, LONG WEEK

Been out of pocket due to numerous issue's.
Saturday a week ago, we started having sewer issue's here at the house. They were not resolved until Thursday this week, and they were all caused by the city. The sewer system here is pressurized because of the hilly terrain, but to put it on a bumper sticker, it cost me $7200.00 to flush my toilet. I had two different encounters with the city waste water super before it was corrected, and turned in a claim with the city for compensation for the damage done to my sewer grinder pump and pipe fittings, we'll see what they pay, and will put my lawyer on them if they don't. Needless to say, I am still pissed off about the whole situation.
Also, two different employee's of mine, had a death in the family this week, and they were friends of mine, so it's been a very hectic week for me.
Anyway, this is the first time I have been off for days, and am trying to catch up.

    I am sorry for the loss of your friends. Having to deal with death is a very sobering and painful experience.

    Hope the city comes through and pays you before you have to hire a lawyer.

    Thanks MsB, death in the family is never a good thing, even when you know it's coming, like both of these were. Cancer is an insidious disease.
    I hope the city comes through too, if not, we already had Christmas for a few years!
