GUESS WHAT THIS IS

It's about 5 miles north of the Rio Grande as a clue.
About 2.7 inches rain here overnight, and about 2 feet of lighting.
SXSW, is coming up Friday, I can tell, 2 hour commute home in the evening now, and spring break and OBAMA in town Friday......I should have taken a vacation day.
